As Pakistan's first-ever industry-led bootcamp program, TechLift is specially designed to train the youth to become confident & successful IT professional weilding the skills most in demand in the industry right now - supporting them through not just training but also career advisory and job placement.
The pilot program aims to train & recruit 4000 eligible graduates to immediately fill available roles in the software industry.

All sessions are held offline in fully equipped labs, giving you direct interaction with your trainer and fellow trainees.
All TechLift courses are provided absolutely free of cost.
Applicants must register on the Admission Portal before the application deadline closes.
Applicants may select either a weekday bootcamp series or a weekend bootcamp series.
All applicants will choose a course track that is their first preference, and a course track that is their second preference.
Applicants will sit for an online entry test to guage their aptitude for programming, based on their mathematical and logical/analytical reasoning skills.
Admission will be based on merit.
Successful candidates will be sorted into their first or second preference course tracks based on scores and available seats.
Successful candidates will begin bootcamp sessions at the location nearest to them.
Classes will be divided into five segments, with assessment projects and continuous feedback helping trainees maximize their learning.
Trainees that pass the evaluation criteria based on the final project & viva at the end of the course will successfully graduate.
All trainees will receive a Career Advisory Session at the end of their training, which will teach them interview skills, CV writing, goal setting, and professional ethics.
Graduating trainees will be added to a PSEB Talent Portal accessible to the entire IT industry in Pakistan, and will be supported with placements as well as direct hiring.

This program is open to all those who graduated with a 16-year Bachelor's degree 2017 onwards. There is no limitation regarding subject or area of study.
However, you must be a graduate at the start of the program. This means students who expect to graduate later than June 2022 are currently not eligible.
This program focuses on upskilling graduates who are struggling to find a relevant job or progress in their career.
Female graduates who had to leave jobs due to family obligations are highly encouraged to apply!
Admissions are merit-based using an entry test. All courses & tracks require strong basic mathematical and logical reasoning ability.
All sessions are held offline, so trainees must be able to regularly travel to the bootcamp location in either Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad. Relocation between these cities is possible subject to the availability of seats.

You will be informed via your registered email address if you passed or failed. Passing the entry test does not guarantee admission but means you are eligible for the next phase in the admission process, which is interview-based.
